Courtyard by Marriott New Haven at Yale is ideal to stay for activities at Yale and downtown New Haven. It is located at 30 Whalley Avenue, at border of the Yale shopping district on Broadway and blocks to central campus and downtown.

The Courtyard currently has 160 rooms. It is currently undergoing a 47 room expansion for $4 million to offer new/completely renovated guest rooms and suites. Three additional wings are added to the western part of the building to create these rooms. The addition is expected to be completed by October 2009.
